Company history
Our company was founded in 1983 by Dipl. Ing. (FH) Alfons Amerschläger near Frankfurt. From the very beginning, we have focussed exclusively on the construction of dynamometers. Under Alfons' leadership, Amerschläger P4 was continuously expanded and new products and software solutions were added. Our central concern has always been the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Since 2020, Richard Speiser has been at the helm of Amerschläger P4 as the new owner and managing director. Our company is now based in the beautiful Allgäu region in Börwang. As a multiple long track team world champion and long track vice world champion, Richard Speiser brings a wealth of experience from motorsport. Under his leadership, we will continue to focus on innovative ideas and concepts in order to always be able to offer our customers the best solutions.

Our goal is to provide innovative tools that take not only the performance, but also the efficiency and reliability of motorbikes to a new level. Our mission includes a continuous commitment to innovation. We endeavour to constantly set new standards and drive test bench technology forward. Through research and development, we work on pioneering solutions that meet not only the demands of the present, but also the changing needs and trends in the motorbike industry.

The entire development and production of the electronics and mechanics takes place in southern Germany - the test benches are therefore rightly labelled "Made in Germany". The quality speaks for itself. As a rule, they are sold directly by us - i.e. directly from the manufacturer - without any middlemen!
This enables a very good price-performance ratio when purchasing a P4 product.
